IPTC is seeking vendors to provide on-call architectural and engineering services, to be assigned as project needs dictate, for three disciplines: Facility Architecture and Engineering Street Design and Civil Engineering Traffic Engineering More detail about each discipline is provided in the Scope of Services section of this document. IPTC anticipates awarding separate contracts for each discipline. Vendors may submit qualifications for and be selected for more than one discipline. More than one consultant may be selected for each discipline. In the event that more than one consultant is awarded a contract for a given discipline, IPTC will have the option of assigning work to any or all selected vendors through an abbreviated qualifications selection process. IPTC will present a scope of work for a specific task to the 2 or more firms under contract for that discipline and the firms will respond with their proposal (including, but not limited to, specific staff assignments, applicable experience and DBE/XBE participation where applicable) within the timeframe required by IPTC. In accordance with the Brooks Act, price is excluded as an evaluation factor. IPTC will select the most qualified firm for the task presented and then request a cost proposal from that firm. If price negotiations are not successful with that firm, IPTC will move on to the next most qualified firm.
