Site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the addition of a 2,623-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for the construction of a educational facility.
Work includes but may not be limited to Renovation of a classroom to become a set of washrooms and a link to a new portable classroom wing. New construction will include 2 new portable classrooms and the link to access them. Bids shall be submitted on the Bid form provided in the Bid documents. Bids must be accompanied by Consent of Surety and by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the submitted Bid Price.The bid bond shall bind the Bidder to enter into a formal contract and the agreement to bond shall bind the surety company to provide a performance bond and labour and materials payment bond as prescribed, providing the Bidder shall have his bid accepted by SPSD within sixty (60) days. Interested Bidders may attend optional site walk-through as per date and time below to gain complete knowledge of the requirements and to assist in completing their Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and will not necessarily accept the lowest bid.
