Renovation of a municipal facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The District is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to replace the fire pump in the John Peter Smith Hospital EMS Building at 1500 S. Main St., Fort Worth, TX 76104. Diversity Enterprise Participation Provide a discussion on how the Respondent intends to meet the District's goal of 25% MWVBE participation for the scope/specifications of this Solicitation. The District seeks to fully replace the current fire pump for the EMS building of the main hospital that serves the EMS building standpipe and automatic sprinkler system. The replacement pump must meet the specifications set forth in this Solicitation, including Section D.7 and D.8 below. The awarded vendor must provide all labor, materials, permits, and testing equipment that are required to complete the fire pump replacement and must arrange and ensure successful inspection as required by applicable authorities.
