The project will consist of installing flowable fill behind the existing concrete drainage channel, approximately 330 linear feet of metal beam guard fence and concrete mow strip and approximately 82 square yards of asphalt parking lot. Introduction. Pursuant to Government Code Chapter 2267, subchapter D the City of Oak Ridge North hereby solicits Sealed Bids for installing flowable fill behind the existing concrete drainage channel, approximately 330 linear feet of metal beam guard fence and concrete mow strip and approximately 82 square yards of asphalt parking lot. The City will provide a Construction Manager to represent the City in a fiduciary capacity, obtain construction materials testing services on behalf of the City, assist the City in evaluating the award of the construction contract and provide oversight on behalf of the City during construction. All questions pertaining to this project will be answered in addendum form and posted on the City's website daily. Contractors will be responsible for all addenda issued whether received or not. FINAL QUESTIONS must be submitted before Thursday, May 25, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. which will allow for final addenda to be issued within that 72 hour period.
