Bidder shall have at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and current Water Treatment Operator Certification Grade T-1 or greater issued by the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) and appear on the SWRCB listing of Certified Water Treatment Operators OR a Geologist License issued by the Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA) and appear on the DCA listing. Bidder shall possess at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).
