RFQ documents obtained from any source other than the White Pine County Finance Office may not be accurate or complete and each Offeror assumes all risks by its reliance on such documents. An Offeror who has not obtained RFQ documents from the White Pine County Finance Office will not be notified of addenda issued by the County, which could contain material changes thereto (such as additions or changes to the specifications, extensions of time, etc.) SCOPE OF WORK: White Pine County, Nevada (the County) is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ's) for architecture and engineering services from qualified firms. Qualified firms shall have prior experience in providing design services for park projects that are being federally funded through the Southern Nevada Public Lands Management Act (SNPLMA). The awarded firm will provide the County with administrative and professional civil engineering and architectural services as required to deliver the WP17 White Pine County Fairgrounds Upgrades SNPLMA project, per the deliverable and project scopes as described in the funding applications.
