Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and water / sewer project.
As of March 17, 2025, bid results are not available yet. A meeting with the owner will be scheduled in the next two weeks. Construction began October 2024 and is expected to be complete August 2026. Bradbury Stamm Construction has been retained as the Construction Manager at Risk for this Project and Competitive Proposals are being solicited from Trade Contractors/Suppliers for the construction of UNM Center for Collaborative Arts and Technology. The following work is already contracted: Structural concrete Structural steel supply and installation Below grade waterproofing Fireproofing Elevator Fire suppression Mechanical and Plumbing Electrical Site water and sewer Please submit questions to btowne@bradburystamm.com no later than January 22.
