Renovation and addition to a fire / police facility in Kennedale, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a 5,800-square-foot fire / police facility; and for the renovation of a 3,000-square-foot fire / police facility.
Design-Builders interested in providing professional design, renovation, and construction services for our existing fire station. The selected Design-Builder will be responsible for all architectural planning and design, cost estimating, schedule, value engineering, constructability review during the design and construction document phases, preparation of all construction documents with required architect and engineer seals, and the bonding, construction and warranty of each project as they are funded. Project Description A. This project is to add on approximately 5,800 square feet to the existing fire station along with a total renovation of the current facility, approximately 3,000 square feet. The fire station is located at 100 Cloverlane Dr., Kennedale, Texas 76060. B. Major programmatic elements include, but are not limited to living quarters, sleeping quarters, kitchen, training room, offices, equipment rooms, storage, apparatus bays, and work areas.
