Bidding is for a New Salt Storage Building and Alterations to the existing Public Works Building at the Towamencin Township Public Works Complex, Towamencin Township, Montgomery County, PA. Project Location: Bustard Road Park 1965 Bustard Road Harleysville, PA 19438 Work is for the new Towamencin Township Salt Storage Building and alterations to the existing Public Works Building. 1. The new Salt Storage Building shall include, but not be limited to, cast-in-place concrete footings, foundations and walls; Shop-fabricated wood roof trusses, wood sheathing, Asphalt roof shingles, Cementitious fiberboard siding and trims, and Roll-up garage door. Work also includes limited Electrical power and lighting work. 2. The alterations to the existing Public Works Building includes, but is not limited to, converting the existing salt storage bays into storage bays. Work includes demolition of existing roll-up garage doors, installation of new sectional overhead garage doors and limited Electrical power and lighting work. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 5/31/2023 2:00 PM
