Firms pre-registered prior to this date and time will be provided with the link to join the meeting via the Microsoft Teams App. A non-mandatory site visit date and time for each site will be provided subsequent to the virtual pre-bid meeting which will allow for limited gathering of attendees and proper social distancing. **All Contractors participating in the site visits will be administered a COVID-19 Rapid Test by DHS staff when visiting the facility** ALL ATTENDEES MUST WEAR FACE MASK COVERINGS.
