Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Dobbin, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
MCMUD 152C The lift station has been designed to be constructed with a 8-foot diameter concrete wet well at a depth of 32 feet below natural ground (by caisson construction), with a 12-inch diameter influent line at a 27-foot depth, two (2) submersible lift pumps with a firm capacity of 428 gallons per minute (gpm), 6-inch force main, elevation controls, auto dialer, manual transfer switch, conduit stubs for a future generator. The facility will be encompassed by an 8-foot tall security fence. Contractor will be responsible for obtaining, installing, and constructing all materials per plans and specifications to provide a fully functional and operational sanitary lift station.
