The selected Vendor will be required to complete the following: 1. Annual and Semi-Annual Contract for Generator Testing and lnspection Services as per all specifications in the RFP document and vendor proposal/& attached quotes: 2. Contract effective 3. Perform PM Level II Inspection, load bank test and ATS Maintenance. 4. Ensure a label is affixed after testing was performed, indicating the month and year, and the name of the person and agency performing the test. 5. Check and carry out a thorough examination, and provide a report to the Contact Person(s) of any necessary repairs, or replacement outside of the miscellaneous consumable repairs covered by the cash allowance. Brandon University requires a contractor to complete annual and semi-annual generator testing and inspection services for various buildings on campus. The contractor shall meet the requirements and complete the scope of work as indicated in the bid document. **Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.**
