Turn-key project includes the following: Building permit Forming footings Calling for building inspections Forming, pouring, and finishing concrete in compliance with building codes Professional installation of the pavilion on site, allowing for any conduit desired by the Russell County Maintenance department (conduit will be provided by the county). Pavilion materials: Engineer stamped truss system (must meet building code requirements - Russell County, AL) Post should be 6x6 wood treated to .60 Metal roof (list colors available in quote) Multiple sized pavilions to be installed in russell county Prospective bidders are instructed to read the General Terms and Conditions, Special Terms and Conditions, and Bid Specifications very carefully. Bid addendums will be provided to all bidders, if necessary. Bids must be made in compliance with the guidelines in the sections referred to herein and each page initialed by the bidder representative to denote understanding of such compliance.
