The pump station upgrade includes 215 LF of ductile iron force main piping with associated trench and pavement restoration, bypass pumping during construction. Replacement of 3 drypit submersible pumps and associated process piping, valves, piping supports. Upgrades to the HVAC,masonry re-pointing, roofing, wet well repairs, materials provided by owner, electrical, instrumentation and controls, hazardous material To expedite material procurement, the Ellington Water Pollution Control Authority pre-purchased the following equipment: 1-Sluice Gate with ancillary equipment, 1-Generator set, automatic transfer switch with ancillary equipment and 3-Sewage Pumps, VFD s, and control cabinets with ancillary equipment. Scope of work includes but is not limited to: Selective Demo, ACM Abatement, CIP Concrete, Maintenance of CIP concrete, Brick Masonry repair and repointing, metal cleaning, metal fabrications, metal grating and floor plates, Roof Preparation, Temp Roofing, EPDM Roofing, Steel window cleaning, FRP Doors and Fiberglass Resin transfer molded doors, floor doors, high performance coatings, room ID panel signage, Process I&C, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Sitework, Bypass pumping. remediation, and ancillary items.
