Renovation of a municipal facility in Oneida, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
A bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, bank cashier/teller/treasurer's check payable to Madison County, or cash in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany each bid, as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted a contract will be entered into. A performance bond and labor & materials bond shall be submitted by the successful bidder simultaneously with the delivery of the executed contract. The amount of said bond to be 100% of the bid. This bond will assure the County that the contractor shall perform and fulfill all of the undertakings, covenants, terms, conditions and agreements of the contract including any duly authorized modifications
