Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Except as otherwise specifically stated in the Contract Documents and Technical Specifications, the Contractor shall provide and pay for all materials, labor, tools, equipment, water, light, heat, power, transportation, superintendence, temporary construction, of every nature, charges, levies, fees or other expenses incurred, and all other services and facilities of every nature whatsoever, as necessary to properly demolish and remove all structures included in these specifications, fill and grade the entire parcel in the specified time and in accordance with all applicable ordinances and codes of local, state, and federal governments in the performance of the contract. All bids shall be held open for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids and no bid may be withdrawn without the written consent of the Commissioner. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for this event should contact the City of Milwaukee ADA Coordinator @ (414) 286-3475 or ADACoordinator@milwaukee.gov as soon as possible but no later than 72 hours before the scheduled event.
