A summary of the work items is included below: Rehabilitation of several city streets within the city limits of Talladega, AL consisting of approximately 6,000 tons of bituminous concrete paving, approximately 6,000 gallons of tack coat, approximately 7,000 square yards of 6 crushed aggregate base, and approximately 4,500 square yards of planning existing bituminous concrete wearing The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner s judgment, the best interest of the Owner will thereby be promoted. A cashier s check or bid bond payable to the City of Talladega in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000, must accompany the bidder's proposal.
