The scope of work for this project consists of miscellaneous water, sewer, drainage, and roadway projects located within the City of Slidell including installation of pipe, installation of services, construction of drainage structures and appurtenances, sewer manholes, and the replacement of roadways, driveways, curb and gutter, sidewalks, and other structures encountered. Liquidated damages will not be charged for this work, but failure to complete work within the required periods will be considered in authorizing additional work. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00).
