This project generally includes construction of two wooden decks, concrete seat wall, dry-stacked seat wall, concrete stairs and sidewalk, lighting, hand and guardrails and stone veneer columns. This project is being funded, in part, by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents. Bids shall be accompanied by the proper bid security. The FOREST PRESERVE DISTRICT OF WILL COUNTY reserves the right to accept any bid or any part or parts or combinations thereof, to waive any informalities or irregularities, and to reject any or all bids.
