Site work and paving for a civil project in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
If the bid exceeds $50,000.00, a cashier's check, a certified check, or a surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed bid of each bidder. Security checks will be returned to all but the three lowest bidders immediately after the bid opening. The three lowest bid securities will be retained until the contract is awarded. A contract must be executed within twenty (20) days following the award to the successful bidder. Work on these projects includes removing and disposing of flowlines, concrete, anchors, tanks, tank battery pads, and debris, applying amendments, excavating hydrocarbons, closing pits, constructing a pond, waterway, and diversion terrace, applying erosion control and rip-rap, grading, sodding, and planting. The estimated cost is over $50,000. Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form included in the Bid Documents and in strict compliance with instructions on the form. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the OERB office, 500 NE 4th Street, Suite 100, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, immediately following the closing time stated above. Bids received more than ninety six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids will not be considered and will be returned unopened.
