This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for aw ard if funds become and the prices received are w ithin an aw ardable range Selfridge Air National Guard Base, 48045 MI, intends to issue an Invitation for Bids to a firm fixed-price contract for , non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary for the Construction of VGLZ 232030 Repair HVAC B17. The construction will consist of demolition and replacement of HVAC system components to include boilers and 40 Ton DX units at Bldg. 17 Selfridge Air National Guard Base. All work will be in accordance with The Selfridge ANG Base Standards, the project SOW, drawings, and all other applicable terms and conditions. The installation and replacement shall include but is not to all types of piping and line connections, power connections and system start-up and validation. The Contractor will demolish existing boilers. Subsequently the Contractor, will provide and install a total of (2) condensing boilers that have full modulation fire down to 20% of rated input with a turndown ratio of 10:1. These boilers will be sized to 450 to 550 MBH each. These boilers will be installed with circulation pumps in a primary and secondary loop configuration to a new HHW header main configuration.
