Award amount is $280,213.13** The work of this Contract for Proposal A includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Milling/Overlay of portions of Baldwin Street, Windsor Street, and Tappan Street, including approximately 15,882 SY milling, variable depth; approximately 2,101 tons hot mix asphalt surface course; reconstruction of one (1) concrete handicap ramp; traffic striping; and all other work necessary and incidental thereto. The work of this Contract for Proposal B includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Milling/Overlay and Reconstruction of portions of Lake Side Drive North and Windsor Place, including approximately 13,455 SY milling, variable depth; approximately 1,781 tons hot mix asphalt surface course; approximately 11 tons of hot mix asphalt base course; reconstruction of two (2) concrete handicap ramps; traffic striping; and all other work necessary and incidental thereto The work of this Contract for Proposal C includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Milling/Overlay and Reconstruction of Stephanie Court, including approximately 2,925 SY milling, variable depth; approximately 390 tons hot mix asphalt surface course; approximately 40 tons of hot mix asphalt base course; traffic striping; and all other work necessary and incidental thereto. The payment shall be in a check form and shall be drawn Payable to Van Cleef Engineering Associates, LLC. Payment will not be refunded and the Contract Documents need not be returned. Each Bid must be accompanied by a proposal guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Check for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the full amount of each Contract Bid, not to exceed $20,000. Surety shall be made payable to: Township of Lacey, and shall be without condition or qualification. The Township reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all Bids, if it is in the public interest to do so. If the Bidder is a Corporation or a Partnership, the Bidder, in conformance with Chapter 33, P.L. 1977, shall submit with his Bid, a statement setting forth the names and addresses of all stockholders who own a 10 percent or greater interest in the firm. -Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et.
