CITY OF BLAIR BLAIR, NEBRASKA BLAIR INDUSTRIAL HIGH SERVICE TRANSMISSION MAIN ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDSSealed Bids for the construction of the Blair High Service Transmission Main will be received, by the City of Blair, at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 218 South 16th Street, Blair, Nebraska, until 2:00 PM local time on the 6th of June 2023, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of construction of the 30-inch diameter Blair Industrial high service water transmission main from the Water Treatment Plant to Cargill. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, with bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.
