MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: The estimated price range of this project is less than $25,000. NAICS CODE AND DESCRIPTION: 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: $45.0 million TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: This procurement is set aside for award to qualified small businesses.
