DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work includes the construction of approximately: Item Quantity Sawing Conc/Bit Pavement 750 LF Mill Bit Surface (2") 3500 SY Mill Bit Surface (Full Depth) 3500 SY Minor Grading & Excavation 11.3 RD STA Bit Patch Special 600 SY SP 12.5 Wearing Course Mix (2,B) 1600 TON Item Quantity Adjust Casting (Donut Cut-Out) 10 EACH Conc Curb & Gutter 325 LF Conc Driveway/Sidewalk 95 SY Conc Valley Gutter 85 SY Traffic Control 1 LS Minor Grading/Turf Restoration 1 LS. together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to Responsible Contractor Certification. All work under the Contract must be complete by the end of the 2023 construction season. Additional Detail is available in the bid packet. A Proposal Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Kenyon shall accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby. A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project
