Renovation of a water / sewer project in Kittitas, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes installation of approximately 500 LF of force main, rehabilitation of the Benton Street Lift Station and associated site and electrical work HMA pavement repair, surface restoration, and all other appurtenances required to complete the work. The Work shall be substantially complete within 140 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, Kittitas, Washington. Financing of the Project has been provided by City of Kittitas, Washington and the Washington State Department of Ecology. The City of Kittitas expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities in any Proposal. Engineer's estimate $500,000
