Police department 2023 exterior and interior waterless car washing/detailing services open purchase order to be used on an as needed basis. Port police purchase order will be for $5,000 to be used on an as needed basis for waterless mobile carwash service for all three terminals at the port of houston authority for waterless or little to no water car washing and car detailing services for the port of houston authority vehicles for all three locations for approximatley 30 vehicles. Soaps and detergents can not be used due to enviormental guidelines. Services should include body detailing, window and windsheild cleaning, tire shine and wheel shine. Services must be mobile. Must provide all cleaning supplies and equipment including water if needed. Locations are turning basin located at 7300 clinton drive, gate 8, houston, tx 77020. Hours are monday through thursday from 7:30 am to 11:30 am and 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm. Barbours cut located at 1819 e barbours cut blvd laporte, texas 77571, and bayport located at 12619 port dr road, seabrook texas 77586.
