Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Description of work: Retrofit to the county s existing storm system to install storm water filter catch basins and curb inlets, pavement restoration work, cement concrete curbs and sidewalk, traffic control, and other related work. Primary bid items: Archaeological Monitoring, Storm Pipe, Storm water Filter Catch Basins and Curb Inlets, Temporary Traffic Control, Pedestrian Traffic Control, Commercial HMA, Planing Bituminous Pavement, Cement Concrete Traffic Curb and Cement Concrete Sidewalk. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a certified check, cashier s check, or proposal bond in an amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total bid. The County reserves the right to waive informalities in the bidding, reject any or all bids, or cancel the bid if the best interests of Clark County are not served.
