The work includes demolition; installation of 325 linear feet of 48" centrifugally cast cementitious lining & 141 linear feet of 48" HDPE pipe; placing & compacting asphaltic concrete; striping; concrete curb & gutter; & performing other necessary repairs as otherwise described, enumerated, & shown in the specifications & referenced plans. No Bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for request of bids for a period of 60 days. Bidder shall be a certified GA Department of Transportation contractor & will furnish all materials, labor, equipment & perform all work required to complete the project. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the Bid. If awarded the Contract, bidder will submit separate Payment & Performance Bond each for 100% of the Contract amount. Bids must be plainly marked "2023 Arnold's Pond Drainage Repair Project" & must be delivered before the time specified.
