The Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC), on behalf of the Western Region Homeland Security Advisory Council (WRHSAC), invites quotes from qualified contractors for site work and electrical/HVAC installation services related to two existing Conex boxes located in Greenfield, MA. Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Laws apply to all services. If the quote price exceeds $25,000, a payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required from the contractor awarded the contract. MAPC reserves the right to accept or reject any and all quotes.
