Renovation of a conference / convention center in Boston, Massachusetts. Working plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
There were NO BIDS for this project. Next steps are being reviewed. The project consists of replacement of designated existing grease traps, replacement of ejector pumps, and cleaning pits at ejector pumps at the for the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC). The grease traps sit on the floor in three separate rooms, serving the kitchen and cafeteria at the BCEC. There are also 8 ejector pumps that are in below grade pits that are accessed through hatches in the level 0 of the floor. Two pumps are in a pit at the exterior of the building at level 0. The pits need to be cleaned, the ejector pumps need to be replaced, the electrical connections for power and controls need to be disconnected and reconnected at each pump.Ejector Pumps are to be Owner Provided.
