Upgrade pipe/valves at PRV station & in water tank valve vault; upgrade lighting/heater/dehumidifier; SCADA upgrades; replace fence around PRV station; repair stairs to access the PRV station Funded in part by the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund. Compliance required: EPA Diesel Retrofit Program; EPA/MassDEP DMS DBE program; American Iron and Steel requirements; Davis-Bacon Act and wage requirements; and other MassDEP/DMS provisions. MBE goals minimum of 4.20 % D/MBE and 4.50 % D/WBE. Bidders must be registered for public records purposes. Documents redistributed by a third party are not considered official Bidding Documents.
