Addendum #1 is to clarify the mandatory onsite visit. The visit will take place on July 30th at 9:00 a.m. There is nothing scheduled for 1:00 on July 29th. Reference Number 0000342709 Bids are being solicited for the repair of the DHGC Irrigation system. The City of Dearborn invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for the purpose of repairing the irrigation system at the Dearborn HIls Golf Course. Question Deadline 08/02/2024 at 1:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No All questions must be submitted in writing to the Purchasing contact responsible for this ITB before the pre-bid question deadline indicated on the cover of this ITB SCOPE OF WORK: The successful Contractor shall provide all required materials, labor, permits and equipment to complete the services requested, in accordance with the specifications identified in the ITB document located in the Documents & Items section of this solicitation, and the requirements included in this document. Dearborn Hills Golf Course Irrigation repairs to include prioritizing work around greens, tees and fairways, for the 18-hole course. Contractor to provide all necessary labor and materials for: o Repair, clean and replace irrigation heads o Raise and level irrigation heads as needed o Fixing isolation valves/ponds fill o Replacing irrigation boxes with appropriately sized boxes where needed o Fixing hydraulic systems o Fixing communication issues with heads o All other miscellaneous repairs related to irrigation
