Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Roseau, Minnesota. Completed plans call civil work for a dam / floodwall.
Repair of an existing rock arch rapids structure within the Roseau River that was constructed to replace a concrete dam. The rock structure has been displaced over time due to large flow events and no longer provides adequate passage of aquatic life. Construction includes salvage of existing riffle rock, grading, construction of new rock riffles, and seeding. The Project, located in the City of Roseau, MN, consists of modification of an existing low head dam, clearing and grading, channel excavation, and construction of a riprap fish passage rock arch and riprap revetment along a river bank and downstream of the existing low head dam. -construction of the Roseau River Rock Arch Rapids Project which is a project intended to improve fish movement and habitat.
