Legal Impact - Improved streets meet ADA ramp and sidewalk requirements, and replace hazardous storm grates with bike safe grates. Alignment with City's Plans - Conforms with the practical vision to Create Engaging Public Spaces and Invest in Critical Infrastructure. Funding - Grants are sought through the Local Road Improvement Program and the State Surface Transportation Program - Urban through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.
