Maple - Independence Municipal Library Shingles blown off the roof and the roof is now leaking. 901 N. 9 th - Pole Barn Roof - corrugated -galv roofing replacement Riverside Park - Tennis Club House - shingles missing Stich Shelter House - Riverside Park - Displaced tile Repair Garden House -Riverside Park - replacement (historic bldg. would need an estimate to replace "like" type of asbestos shingle currently on the building and an estimate on 3-tab - "deluxe grade" (50 year) laminate shingles) Open 4-H Building - Riverside Park (West - Middle building) loose shingles on the West side - spot repair Train Depot / Riverside Park - loose and missing shingles Mausoleum (West) - clean with pressure/chemical, apply an aluminum coating AWOL - 116 S. 23rdStreet - Soffit & Facia repair, loose furnace vent 225 E. Main Street -clean with pressure & chemical, apply the aluminum coating with fiber 122 W. Locust Garage roof - tear off and replace shingles Enclosed 4-H building - hail damage polycarbonate panels in roof vent The City of Independence is requesting a proposal for the repair and/or replacement of the above locations' roofs, soffit and facia. The contractor shall provide and pay for all materials, labor, tools, equipment, removal and disposal of tear off material, clean site and transportation of every nature and all other services and facilities of every nature whatsoever, necessary to execute, complete and deliver the work within the specified time.
