Bids will be received for the following Project. Twinsburg City School District 2023 Paving Improvements In accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by: Lesko Associates, Inc. 27955 Clemens Road, Suite A Cleveland, Ohio 44145 440.835.0850 (phone) 440.835.8483 (fax) Scope Description: Asphalt paving, maintenance and repairs will take place at Twinsburg High School, R.B. Chamberlin Middle School and Wilcox Primary School. To be considered, proposals must be made on the forms furnished by the Architect and must contain the name of every person interested therein and shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond (as per Section 153.571 Ohio Revised Code) in the amount of the highest aggregate amount of base bid plus all additive alternates submitted by the bidder, drawn in favor of the Treasurer of the Board of Education of the Twinsburg City School District. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive informalities and irregularities and to accept or reject any and all or parts of any and all bids. Except as permitted by Ohio RC 9.31, no bids may be withdrawn for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time and receipt of bids.
