**As of July 17, 2023, project was awarded to J Hunt Enterprises, awarded amount is $604,760.00.** Construction and installation of LED lighting, light poles, and electrical components for Creola Municipal Park soccer fields All bids must be on blank forms provided in the Specifications and submitted in its entirety. A cashiers check drawn on an Alabama bank or a Bidders Bond, payable to Mobile County, Alabama, for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid, but in no event, more than ten thousand ($10,000) dollars, shall be filed with the proposal, the Bidders Bond being prepared on the form specified and signed by a bonding company authorized to do business in the State of Alabama. Liquidated damages for non-completion of the work within the time limit agreed upon will be assessed in accordance with the terms of the Contract. Base bid will include all labor, materials, equipment, shipping, overhead, profit, bonds, insurance, and all other costs necessary to provide the complete services outlined within this contract and scope of work.
