Renovation of a mixed-use development in Dallas, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project work consists of MEP work, Secure Vestibules, Security Improvements at Lyle Elementary School, Oakdale Elementary School, Whitworth Elementary School, and the District Office. This solicitation is for a public works project and is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 If a bidder finds discrepancies in, or omissions from the drawings or documents, or has doubt as to their meaning, the bidder shall at once notify Emerick Construction in writing.
