This requisition is to source contractors to replace existing exterior and interior entry doors including new hardware and lock-smithing for the DNAP Headlands Dunes State Park and Headlands Dunes State Nature Preserve field office. Two exterior doors need replaced. One interior door needs replaced and a second interior door needs to be installed. Exterior doors should be weather resistant, steel and meet security and insulation standards (paintable). Interior doors can be of solid wood material core (paintable). All doors should have new hardware including deadbolt locks. Work is to be conducted at the Headlands Dunes SNP field office located north of parking lot 5 at 9601 Headlands Rd. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the State. Contract Award. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by low lot total. Low lot total will be determined by multiplying the unit cost by the estimated usage listed in the bid and then adding each of the totals together to arrive at a total for all items. Failure to bid all items may result in the bidder being deemed not responsive.
