All material will be of professional grade and quality and will be installed according to manufacturer guidelines. Installation of two (2) inch application of hot mix asphalt overlay and compact it over an existing asphalt parking lot. Edge mill approximately 12 out from concrete curb and gutter to allow for smooth transition. Clean and apply full tack coat to approximately 126,500 sq. ft. as per map, highlighted yellow.
