Description: Scope of Work Pool recirculation system: Maintenance to the support system of the pool including the 25hp pump motor, pump housing, concentric coupling, impellor, and butterfly valves is required. This equipment will be new and in good operating condition. In case an entire piece of the equipment needs to be replaced, a notice should be sent to the county for approval. Contractor furnished materials shall include, but not limited to, any material needed to complete and deliver a high-quality product. Contractor will be responsible for any welding, fabrication, and replacing parts needed to keep the pump house/pool in high functioning condition Contractor is responsible for emergency service calls or repairs to the pump motor, pump housing, concentric coupling, impellor, and butterfly valves. The Board of County Commissioners have the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Bids must be sealed and the outside of the envelope MUST be marked: Darrell Enfinger Sports Complex Pool Pump House Maintenance Agreement ITB #2023-06.
