Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Rochester, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Reference Number 0000319843 This project consists of the removal and replacement of curbs and gutters at various locations throughout the city. In conjunction with the removal and replacement of the curbs and gutters, all effort shall be made to protext from damage the abutting pavement surfaces. Joint sealing the new curb and gutters as well as clean up and restoration shall also be included in this project. Question Deadline 05/27/2023 Plans and specifications must be obtained through BidNet, formerly the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN), at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn, after 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, May 10, 2023. Bids may be rejected unless made on the forms included with the bidding documents. A pre-Bid conference, if any, will be held at the time and location stated in the invitation or advertisement to bid. Representatives of Owner and Engineer will be present to discuss the Project. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference. Attendance may be mandatory as stated in the Invitation or Advertisement to Bid. Engineer will transmit to all prospective Bidders of record such Addenda as Engineer considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference. Oral statements may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective.
