Project Description: The City of Goodyear ("City") is issuing this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ's) from qualified professional engineering firms ("Consultant") to be considered for a design services, and potentially construction administration and inspection services, for 42052 - Bullard Avenue improvements - Celebrate Life Way to Roosevelt Street, ("project"). Only Consultants capable of providing the requested professional service will receive consideration. All processes will be conducted in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes, ARS, Title 34. The project objective is to design the southbound widening of Bullard Ave from Celebrate Life Way to Roosevelt Street to include 1 additional southbound travel lane and eliminate the existing scalloped streets condition. The project includes pavement removal, curb, gutter, sidewalks, traffic signal relocation, pavement and striping, symbols, signage to include obliteration and replacement, Roosevelt Irrigation District canal coordination and relocation, ROW & PUE acquisition, and drainage easement. The consultant shall develop permit ready plans, specifications, coordinate all utilities and associated relocations, and all design services for the project. Duties also include the preparing legal descriptions and exhibits for right-of-way acquisition.
