Renovation of a transportation facility in Farmerville, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal is 9.15% of the dollar value of this contract. An acceptable bid bond, cashiers check or certified check payable to the Union Parish Police Jury, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid price, shall be submitted with each bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds. Bidders are advised that Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bond, each in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the contract price, will be required. The Union Parish Police Jury reserves the right to reject any or all Bids for just cause and reserves the right to waive any and all informalities.
