Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Description: Work of the Project includes the removal and replacement of a portion of the existing roadway with a trail, while the remaining portion of the existing road will be reconstructed. The project also involves the demolition and reconstruction of a retaining wall, along with the installation of stormwater best management practices, utility improvements, site restoration, landscaping, and other related infrastructure improvements as specified in the bid documents. Substantial Completion Date: 11/21/2025 Project funded by local. Bid summary results may be available a few hours following the Bid Due Date time. Contractors shall employ a minimum of 50% of the Contract labor force with employees that reside in Milwaukee County. Documentation must be performed by LCPtracker Labor Compliance software. (see Bid Documents for RESIDENCY PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS). Targeted Business Enterprise (TBE) participation goal for this project is 25 percent. A 10 percent bid bond or certified check is required with bid. The low responsive, responsible bidder will be recommended for contract award. Owner reserves right to reject bid, to waive informalities in bid or to accept bid which will be in best interest of Owner. Base Bid shall remain open to acceptance for a period of 60 days after bid due date.
