Renovation and addition to an educational facility in Houma, Louisiana. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for the addition of a educational facility.
As of July 19, 2023, an architect has been selected and this project is in the design phase. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to May 2024. The scope includes, but is not limited to the following: Buildings Warehouse Sheds Etc. The Design Professional shall provide comprehensive services including, but not limited to, architectural services, civil, structural, mechanical, interior design, and interior/exterior signage, landscape architecture, construction administration; and all specialty consultants as required. The Design Professional shall be responsible for all roads and parking; utility infrastructure, common area landscape architecture; and coordination with TPCG's other professionals to assure compatible design and construction documents. The Design Professional shall become familiar with the site conditions, including preparation of applicable as-built plans on renovation and building expansion projects. The Design Professional shall attend and assist TPCG at all required meetings and shall be responsible for recording and distributing minutes of all proceedings during the Design Phases. Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government (TPCG), hereby invites interested firms licensed in Louisiana to submit Request for Qualifications to provide Architectural Professional Services for Hurricane Ida Damaged Facilities: Department of Public Works, South Campus Facility. The Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government reserves the right to reject any and all Statement of Qualifications and to waive any informalities.
