As of May 30, 2023, fthe project has been released for general contractor bidding. The project consists of the construction of a new Public Safety facility and associated sitework. Scope of work includes: Demolition, Concrete, Masonry, Structural & Misc. Steel, Wood, Plastic, and Composites, Thermal and Moisture Protection, Fiber Cement Siding, Penetration Firestopping, Joint Sealants, Doors and Frames, Glass & Glazing, Security Glazing, Louvers and Vents, Gypsum Board Assemblies, Ceramic Tiling, Acoustical Ceilings, Floor & Base, Access Flooring, Painting, Signage, Wall and Corner Protection, Toilet Accessories, Fire Protection Specialties, Flagpoles, Window Treatment, Framed Fabric Structures, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Electrical, Fire Alarm System, Sitework / Earthwork, Termite Treatment, Fences and Gates, Bike Racks, Irrigation, Landscaping, Utilities.
