Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Beverly Place Lodge is a 3 story seniors facility located at 4410-117 Avenue Edmonton, and was constructed in 1984. The Lodge is owned by the Alberta Social Housing Corporation (ASHC) and managed by GEF Seniors Housing. The existing camera system is antiquated and needs to be replaced. GEF Seniors Housing, working on behalf of ASHC, is seeking a firm fixed price to provide a complete and working security camera system for the interior and exterior of the building that will replace the existing system. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the installation of new exterior and interior cameras with overlapping fields of view so that all areas in and around the building are recorded by the security cameras, interior cameras are to provide coverage of all entrance doors and hallways. Also included in the scope is the installation of all required raceways and cables/conductors as well as terminations of same, equipment set-up, system testing & verification, tie-in to the existing Shaw camera feed, and user training. The new system is to include but is not limited to the following components, CAT-6/POE motorized cameras, enclosures, Windows server based head-end equipment, VMSS network recorders with 30-day video storage capacity, digital to analog converter (for tie-in to existing Shaw camera feed), UPS back-up, conduit & wiring, all system switches and modules required, system software and licensing needed for a turn-key installation
