Rebuilding eight existing Johnson Controlled Variable Air Volume (VAV) HVAC units at the Bay County Health Department, located at 597 W. 11th Street, Panama City, FL 32401. Commissioning the new Metasys controllers is proprietary to Johnson Controls, Inc. Special Accommodation: Any person requiring a special accommodation at a Pre-Bid Conference or Bid opening because of a disability should call the Purchasing Department at (850) 248-8270 at least five (5) workdays prior to the PreBid Conference or Bid opening.
